Leek quiche

Ingredients
For the pastry:
- 150 g plain flour
 - 75 g butter
 - 1 egg
 
For the filling:
- 100 g ham
 - 100 g bacon
 - 1 leek sliced
 - 1 tbspoon olive oil
 - 125 ml cream
 - 3 eggs
 
- Do the pastry as in the quiche lorraine recipe.
 - Roll out the dough. In the end it should be roughly 2 mm thick.
 - Place it in a baking tray.
 - In a bowl, mix the eggs and the cream.
 - In  a non sticking pan heat the olive oil, add the leek and let cook for 2/3min stirring ocasionally.
 - Distribute the bacon, the ham and the leek uniformly in the pastry and pour the egg mixture.
 - Take to oven (180 °C) and bake for 30/40 min.
