Tarte de Natas (Portuguese Custard Pie)

Ingredients
For the pastry
- 150 g plain flour
 - 75 g butter
 - 1 egg
 
- 5 egg yolks
 - 1 lemon zest
 - 750 ml milk
 - 1 cinnamon stick
 - 4 tbspoons sugar
 - 3 tbspoons maizena
 
- Do the pastry as in the quiche lorraine recipe.
 - Do the filling as in the Leite Creme recipe (with the adjusted ingredient quantities).
 - Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
 - Roll out the pastry and place it in a baking tray.
 - Pour the filling and bake for 30/40 min.
 - In the end the top should be slightly brownish.
